Advertising disclosure
Aussie Top Casinos is free to read because operators pay us a commission when a reader opens an account through one of our links. This page explains exactly what that means.
What is marked
Every button that leaves this site for a casino is a commercial link. They carry
rel="sponsored nofollow" and open in a new tab. Under each table you will find the same
short disclosure, so you never have to hunt for it.
What money buys
Nothing on the editorial side. Money does not buy a position in a table, a score, a "recommended" badge or the removal of a bad review. Positions come from the rating method; when a brand pays more per player, it still sits where its score puts it.
What we get paid for
Two lines cover the whole arrangement. There is no third line, and in particular there is nothing we are paid for that depends on what a page says.
- A share of revenue or a fixed fee for a player who registers and deposits.
- Nothing when you read a page, and nothing when you click but do not register.
A revenue share means the operator keeps paying for as long as the account is active, which sounds like a reason to send readers to whichever brand pays most. It is in fact the opposite: an account that is closed in a fortnight because the withdrawal never arrived earns us nothing, so the brands that suit us are the ones a reader stays with. That is the only sense in which our interest and yours line up automatically, and it is not enough on its own — which is why the rules above are written down instead of left to good intentions.
When an operator asks for a better position
The answer is set in advance, so that it does not have to be decided case by case: the position follows the score, and the score follows the published method. An operator can change where it sits by changing what it offers Australian players — adding PayID, dropping the wagering requirement, paying out faster — and we will re-check and move it. It cannot change where it sits by paying more per player. A brand that pays us nothing at all still belongs in the table if its score puts it there; a table that contains only paying brands is an advertisement, and this one is not.
Prices and offers
Bonus amounts, wagering requirements and payment options change without notice. We check them and print the date, but the operator's own Australian terms always win. Read them before you deposit.
